ATMF visits the SGS, the world's leading testing, inspection and certification company

As part of ATMF's efforts to improve production standards, Majid Zahoor, The UK Softlines BD manger, showed me around the Leicestershire based site to see firsthand the great work the company is doing to facilitate quality and integrity through their vigorous testing standards.
Although their work is varied and covers a wide range of product categories textiles and garment testing are a very integral part of this. Various test reports are requested by brands and manufacturers covering physical and chemical testing to ensure they meet their high standards and ensure a safer product.
Some of these test include composition, colour fastness, pilling, PH testing, AZO dyes to ensure they meet various compliance regulations as per both the client and industry demands.
